A's test results come back clean, Park Shi Hoo continues talking to the media instead of the police

Articles are in order of events.

Article: Park Shi Hoo's official statement "A's best friend interview was manipulated"

Source:
Newsen via Nate

1. [+356, -45] He needs to stop hiding behind articles like this and go and get investigated already if he really claims he's innocent. Stop trying to get out of this.

2. [+279, -24] Why is he writing his testimony through articles instead of going in to get investigated? Is the alcohol from that night still left in his system?

3. [+286, -44] Manipulated? How? The CCTV already says it all ㅡㅡ

Article: Park Shi Hoo, A's lab results come back 'clean', a new side to the case opens up?

Source:
Newsen via Nate + Naver

1. [+340, -48] Stop postponing the investigations and go in already

2. [+329, -78] Seems like Park Shi Hoo's lawyers have launched their series of attacks. They probably already have plan A and B set already considering the amount of time they're taking up until now...

3. [+85, -11] So are people trying to say that just because she wasn't drugged, it was okay for her to have gotten rapped?

4. [+542, -54] It's true that Park Shi Hoo is under a lot of suspicions considering that he's failed to show up to any of his summons, the interviews given by A's friend, and the CCTV evidence... but I think it's too early to dismiss the possibility of A lying as well. The media will always try to take the most controversial angle on a story since their aim is not to be accurate but to be the first to release it. Let's not hastily rush to conclusions before any final answers are out.

5. [+440, -29] Why is the police leaking information like this?

6. [+438, -60] I didn't expect her to test positive for drugs to begin with... This whole controversy just seems like a ploy to bring Park Shi Hoo down. He's definitely under fault for not managing himself better as a public figure, but personally, I feel like both him and A screwed themselves over with this ㅡ.ㅡ;;

7. [+395, -35] Either way, Park Shi Hoo's image is already in Andromeda

Article: Park Shi Hoo claims "We are suspicious of how A was able to differentiate between rape and molestation when she was supposedly unconscious"

Source:
Herald News via Nate + Naver

1. [+156, -32] I knew this would be their next stance. Are they seriously asking someone who got drunk and unconscious how they were able to tell they were raped? Park Shi Hoo failing to comply with three summons and asking for a change in police stations is already telling enough as it is. If he truly, truly is innocent like he claims, he would've gone and gotten investigated the first day the report was filed.

When Jung Woo Sung was embroiled in his own sexual assault controversy, he went in for investigations as soon as the report was in, and it was quickly proven that the other side was running a fraud story.

Every single time Park Shi Hoo changes his lawyers and his law firm, I can hear the gears in his head turning. Claims like this article are the last card that every big law firm deals out when they're stuck in the corner.

2. [+141, -22] When the scandal first broke out, he admitted to sleeping with her... but now that he's switched law firms and his lawyer, he's suddenly suspicious of how a drunk woman was able to tell the difference between molestation and rape? Isn't that basically denying his first statement? Such trash...

3. [+40, -2] Reminds me of the Korea University medical school scandal where three students drank with a girl until she blacked out and raped her. Then they started claiming she needed psychological help by passing out fliers at school. Isn't this basically what his law firm is trying to do? How can they even ask how someone who was blacked out to tell the difference between rape and molestation? He's the one that said they had consensual sex himself...

Article:
Park Shi Hoo's lawyers "Junior 'K' left Park Shi Hoo's house first"

Source: Star News via Nate

1. [+88, -5] Go and get investigated. Make all the damn claims you want AFTER you get investigated. I don't care what you say when you're not complying with investigations. If you're so confident, go to the police station.

2. [+85, -11] Ba$tard, stop with the media play and stop spreading articles everywhere. Just go to the police station and tell them everything you're telling us. The police will release briefing reports on their own. It's because you haven't been complying with anything for the past 10 days that nobody is even believing you anymore. If you are so innocent, then start acting like it. What's so scary to a man with money and power that you're hiding behind media play like this?

3. [+67, -9] Why is this ba$tard saying crap he should be saying to the police through articles instead? Go to the station and say it there and stop releasing articles. What are you so scared of going in for?

  1. They're all right, if he's really truly innocent, he would have nothing to hide. And the fact that she wasn't drugged isn't important, she was taken advantage of in an intoxicated state. None of us knows what truly happened, but Park Shi Hoo needs to stop going to the media and doing damage control, and turn himself in because he's looking really really bad right now in everyone's eyes.

  2. "Park Shi Hoo failing to comply with three summons."
More details left out of AKP and Soompi articles.

Remember in the OJ case, that because the plaintiff side tried to manipulate evidence that the whole thing was canned and OJ walked free, even though all other evidence was clearly against him?

What i mean is even falsifying testimonies and evidence just a little more will destroy your credibility and you will lose the case even if you're 100% right.

  3. The best thing for him to do right now is to talk to the police. I can understand if he feels that the police are already going to look at this case subjectively and will seek to charge him, but talking to the media and refusing to submit to a proper investigation looks really shady and makes him look guilty. It doesn't take a genius to figure out which way public sentiment will sway to when you're playing games like this.

  4. First of all, don't fall for the lawyer crap. It's their strategy to divert from his real testimony by discrediting her statements. A good prosecutor won't fall for the diversion. B's interview is so irrelevant because B wasn't there and she could just retell the story incorrectly or the identity of B was even questionable if she is truly A's friend. Instead of counteracting the rumors, why don't you go to the police and give your own statement of what happened that night. Why haven't you done it? First time you were summoned, you didn't show up, the second time (Feb 24) you said you would come but not at 10am as requested by police but at 7pm instead. then 1.5 hours before the scheduled interview, you canceled it. Then requested to change police jurisdiction. Your request has been denied and once again summoned for March 1. The latest news, his lawyer challenged the summon AGAIN and it doesn't seem he plans to appear before the police this time. Why dragging it so long?? don't you want to clear your name asap?

You changed lawyers three times. The last one was a female and she dropped you. Why?

Just because the urine and blood test results show negative doesn't indicate that you didn't rape her. Drug substance doesn't stay in blood and urine long. What I want to know is they also collected her hair sample, what the result of her hair analysis? drug substance would stay in hair for months.

  5. Oh and 3 summons were canceled? He could have hired an entire black market forensic team to destroy any evidence in house by now.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I wish he would just go to the police already. Stop making matters worse.

  7. Have you seen the comments under AKP's article. Everyone's confused right now and they don't know who to believe. In the beginning is was victim blaming, then it was calling PSH trash, now everyone's back to victim blaming.

  8. Arrest him already if he won't come in voluntarily. I don't care if she wasn't drugged. Doesn't mean he's innocent. Innocent people don't hide for 10+ days trying to media play and discredit other people.

    ReplyDelete
  9. It's because AKP is notorious for leaving out precious details, showing bias to certain celebrities. And they have a money making strategy of taking ONE article and dividing them into 2 or 3 articles and waiting a while between each one.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I refuse to read Allkpop articles on scandals because they always add their own biased twist to the stories, and leave out important details. And as for the comments, don't get me started. I pity the people who use allkpop as their only source of news. This website is a lot better for that type of thing.

  11. It seems that the defense lawyer's strategy is to keep mum (quiet) and let the other party talks then they'll find faults in her testimony. It's soooo obvious...that he is too afraid to talk. When they requested to change police station to handle the case, I mean they must have known that the request would be denied. They requested it just to buy time, so he doesn't have to be interviewed. The longer time passes, the less details and less accurate the information.

  12. I don't really understand how things work in Korea. Like why haven't the police gone to his apartment to see if there is evidence there? Everything is gone by now... If he had any wounds from her fighting him off they could have healed by now.

    ReplyDelete
  13. The money I would pay so I could watch the police interview with him (whenever he goes in, seems like never at this point) just to see how good his acting really is.... He's buying time. The longer he waits, the more blurry people's memories become. I hope "A" wrote down the events in detail at the police station, so she has concrete proof supporting herself.

    ReplyDelete
  14. The article was poorly written and inaccurate. If you read elsewhere then you can read that the transcript of B's interview is different, especially about the whole condom issue.

    ReplyDelete
  15. also the longer time passes, the less evidence that the police can collect from his apartment "the suspected crime scene".

This is the most reasonable comment at this point so this is what I'm going with.

  17. Can you give me links please??

    ReplyDelete
  18. If he's innocent he wouldve gone straight to the police but it looks like he is waiting to see what information comes out first so he doesn't get caught lying if he gets interviewed and then contradicting evidence comes out. So disappointed in him. And why would he wear a hat and mask in the elevator to his apartment.

    ReplyDelete
  19. And he's trying to get the media and the public doubt the girl so then her case will be weaker so the girl will be discouraged and agree to the out of court settlement.

  20. You know many of you who talk shit about victim blaming you guys aren't letting up on the guy either as stated either one of 'em can be lying..i've seen many persons saying "Oh so he wants to switch stations because theres someone over there who can help him" what if the girl actually is in league with his agency to whom his ex agency has connections with the police station they are being investigated at..stop taking sides and see how it plays out...you ppl disgust me..you bitch about victim blaming yet you dont know yet if the girl is a victim..im on no ones side and im gunna remain neutral until this plays out if it so turns out PSH assaulted this girl im all for jailing him but until then they both are victims in my eyes and im gunna read each side and analyze for myself because as u have said many of you are biased to EITHER PSH OR THE GIRL

    ReplyDelete
  21. I'm so amazed that he still didn't go to police station for questioning yet.
In the US, he would already be handcuffed by police in the very beginning and he would never dare to ask for changing police station.

  22. The CCTV showed that she was unconsciously carried into the house, why don't you try to explain THAT, you trash

    ReplyDelete
  23. if his conscience is really clean why avoid the inevitable?? it just add suspicions on him.

  24. Legal battle isn't really about who's right or wrong tho, it's more like who has better argument
PSH can win this just based on the fact that he has great lawyers and she doesn't

    ReplyDelete
  25. I believe those kids are to young and innocent to comprehend. (I would use the word retarded but that would make me look bad)

They are bunch of kids who doesn`t question anything and unable to distinguish between A, B, K and PSH making judgement in this whole case. They don`t understand the underhand method used by PSH lawyers to help PSH win this case.

IMO if B truly was friend of A, she wouldn`t leak any information to the media and just support A by being with her. And yet, AKP reader quickly saying A must be lying because B(whom akp reader totally believed shes A`s friend) have fault in her story.

    ReplyDelete
  26. The laws are really screwed up for this type of thing.

    ReplyDelete
  27. The direction that his lawyers are doing right now is to get him out of this not by proving his innocence but getting this case dismissed because lack of evidences.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Anyway what's a 35 year old man hanging out with a 20 and 22 yr old. He even said once that use to love going to nightclubs to look at pretty girls. Whatever it was how bad of a guy that just met a girl that is over 10years younger and bring her home. A and K only met once before, I wonder if K goes around picking up naive trainee girls.

    ReplyDelete
  29. wow those article titles are making me angry. I guess his newly hired lawyers are starting their media attack on the victim now. smh.

and shouldn't the police issue an arrest warrant for him? since he isn't willing to come in himself. I don't understand how the Korean police works

  32. The defence lawyers is doing a good job by media playing to the people and trying to push everything towards the victim. They will put everything out there so that the victim will be judge by the masses before PSH even go to the police to be interview.

I can see that this case will crumble due to too much pressure for the victim and PSH will no doubt walk away free, and the rapist will be on the small screen in about 8 mths - a year talking about his "ordeal" before resuming his work as an actor.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Yeah what you said made lots of sense. An innocent person wouldn't have reason to mind marching to the station ASAP to get themselves cleared, unless they are being set up.. which can't be his junior friend, since he's in deep water with him too, right?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Those comments over there... sway like leaves in the breeze. It only gets murkier down the line, so I prefer to listen straight out of the horses' mouths, although it seems like this horse doesn't want to leave the stable to go to the constable. ㅋ. Okay, inappropriate pun, but it was opportune!

    ReplyDelete
  35. More information: K has gone missing. No one can get in contact with him. And the lawyers of psh are saying that he can't get arrested if he doesn't show up on the 1st unless the police gets special permission from the head of the police something like that. Why would his lawyers say that? Maybe they won't show up on the 1st as well? And why the hell did K disappear?

  36. Suspicions:

    1. Why did he wear a mask when he was carrying her upstairs?
    2. Why did he go hiding for so long?
    3. His statement that the girl came out by herself in a fine state was contradicted when the girl was seen carried by him.
    4. Absence of drug in urine and blood sample doesn't mean there was no rape.
    5. His first announced that they had sex in consent, but then he questions how she was able to see him in such a dazed state, cancelling his first allegation.
    6. He changed his lawyer multiple times.
    7. The girl wouldn't possibly sacrifice her entire actress career just to dig money from him. She'd be aware that there is so much to lose if she lies.
    8. PSH and his friend both walked into his house carrying her. I wonder why the friend went too?

There is so much evidence that PSH and the friend are rapists.

    ReplyDelete
  37. He doesn't plan to come on march 1st. They already challenged the 3rd summon.

    ReplyDelete
  38. i dont see anyone blaming PSH yet. what i see is a lot people questioning WHY HE FAILED THE SUMMONS 3 TIMES and asking DID HE HIDE SOMETHING ? is it wrong to ask that ? because if he didnt have anything to hide, why should he buy times for unnecessary thing, move jurisdiction and so and so..
if he doesnt want people to bitch him..THEN STOP BEING THE REAL BITCH..and be gentleman like the character he acted in the dramas..ooohh i forget..he's an actor

  43. **excerpt taken from enews**

Police have summoned Park Si Hoo again for questioning on March 1,
but Park Si Hoo has demanded the opinion of a higher authority on
whether the police can force a summons on the accused. On February 25, Park Si Hoo′s law firm Purme said through a press
release, "The Seobu Police Agency has been forcing a summons without any
legal basis to back it up, of which we feel is most unfortunate. We
strongly demand a decision from a higher authority that can make lawful
    judgments on case transferrals."
    ***end**
The defense lawyer is playing games, They are doing everything they can to prevent PSH from being interviewed by the police using an excuse that the police doesn't have any legal basis to back up for a summon? err..how about a rape accusation? wouldn't it be a standard procedure that the defendant's statement should be taken as well as the plaintiff's statement so the police can hear both sides?

  44. people here also believed that b is a's friend. i seen the reactions on that other article. you all wanted to throw them in jail right away and believed b is telling the truth.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Wow they are really insistent on transferring to gangnam police? They must know someone there or they are dragging the case for more time.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I dont understand why he suddenly not cooperative to the police like he promised before ? looking for the hole in the law and tried to avoid the investigation. I mean isn't it better for him if his legal status become clear as soon as possible guilty or not guilty.

Without clear legal status he will continually punished by people, the anti fans, the sponsor. I don't think any brand want to be related to him, any drama producer want to recruit him if his status is not clear.

Such punishment is more difficult to handle than legal punishment and it will last long.

  47. So are people trying to say that just because she wasn't drugged, it was okay for her to have gotten rapped? ....

  48. I just want to laugh at akp article when they posted it this morning & how quick their reader switch opinion because they seem to forget the fact this guy hasnt once step his foot in the police station to make it believable on his side.

    ReplyDelete
  49. He did said that they had sex but CCTV shows that the victim was carried into his place so he knows that he need to come up with better excuses.

If his team of lawyers can prove that he is not guilty of rape or dismiss the case, all he need to do is "retire" for a year or so and than come back with "I am sorry. I should have led a clean life like my image but 1 thing for sure, I am cleared of rape" and won't be surprise if he can get back to work in no time.
